Fadzai is a public health nurse professional working within a leadership position in the NHS. An NHS Leadership graduate, with over 20years experience in health and social care. Fadzai currently works as a safeguarding children lead nurse. Fadzai uses her public health knowledge, personal experience and leadership skills to empower her community through her social enterprise, Intentional Parenting.
Looking at her own struggles as a parent in diaspora Fadzai was determined to do something to help herself and other parents. She set up a charity on Intentional Parenting. Intentional parenting seeks to empower diaspora parents through education and raising awareness on health and social issues that affect migrant communities. Fadzai hosts webinars talking all things parenting in diaspora. Topics she has discussed range from educational support for our children, 11+ exams, Grammar school application to sex, toxic motherhood, safeguarding, role of fathers and many more. Fadzai has co-authored a Christian women’s devotional : Being God’s daughter.
A prayer warrior and intercessor at heart, Fadzai has served in the children’s ministry as a Sunday school teacher for the past 10years. A mother of two, Fadzai believes that an empowered parent is a force to be reckoned with.
