Core Concepts of Self-Leadership
Self-leadership is the idea that we all have within us a story. This story isn’t like all the other stories we tell ourselves; this story is that part of you which has been dormant and is not time to awaken. Self-leadership calls for you to become a student for life, one who is always ready to learn and is therefore equipped with the right tools, resources, networks, strategies and platforms to win. #GWL2022 is about granting you full access to that story, with the mindset and skills needed to become empowered and proactive leaders.
Group Activities
Participants will be grouped into smaller groups and set goals and work with professional coaches to develop actionable plans. Coaches will support the learning experience with guidance personalised resources and reflection support.

I am delighted to welcome you to a unique Global Women’s Leadership conference of its kind in the vibrant city of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire countryside.
Great leadership starts with self-leadership. The theme of this year’s conference is centred on ‘Building Self-Leadership’. My fellow Sis you are pivotal in building stable foundations to a better society and yet many of us are faced with many obstacles in our leadership journey.
