Hello Sis,

I am delighted to welcome you to a unique Global Women’s Leadership conference of its kind in the vibrant city of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire countryside.

Great leadership starts with self-leadership. The theme of this year’s conference is centred on ‘Building Self-Leadership’. My fellow Sis you are pivotal in building stable foundations to a better society and yet many of us are faced with  many obstacles in our leadership journey. How do we rise above these challenges within us and around us to our potential and impact our communities? The woman that comes to my mind is Jael from Judges 4:14-23. She was not famous and was perhaps looked down upon as a nobody and yet through determination wisdom and stepping out of her comfort zone she used what she had in her possession to save a nation. Her story resonates with my personal experience and for sure many other women have similar stories.

Our fantastic 2-day event is aimed at building and propelling a generation of leaders forward despite their circumstances, background, ethnicity and sector, enabling them to unlock their potential and self-awareness to becoming the leader they aspire, empowered and with a voice. It brings together exceptional women “The Jael’s of Our Time” from across the globe. Women who have risen against all odds coming together in sisterhood, sharing their vulnerability in their successful leadership journeys, so we can deepen our knowledge on the core concepts of self-leadership and leading others. The small group activities will provide opportunities for personalised reflections and goal setting.

Enjoy the #GWL2022 conference. Your presence is an indication that you are committed to making a positive difference, not only to yourself but to families, communities and nations around you. Like Jael, use the skill that God has given you to positively influence yourself and others thereby affecting a generation of leaders around you.

Special thanks to our guest speakers, partners and sponsors for this great event

Warm Wishes
